Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Advanced Crane Inc website and your submission of quote or service requests. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is operated by Advanced Crane Inc, 12178 Firestone Blvd, Norwalk, CA 90650. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of any business you represent.

2. Permitted Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with site security or availability.
  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or contact information from the site.
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Quote Requests and Estimates

Submitting a quote request does not create a binding contract or reserve equipment. All pricing, availability, crane configurations, and scheduling shown or discussed are estimates only and are subject to a site evaluation, a written proposal, and our acceptance.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the load weights, dimensions, site access, overhead obstructions, ground conditions, and other project details you provide. Estimates may change if actual conditions differ from the information supplied.

4. Services, Permits, and Site Conditions

Crane rentals are provided on an operated and maintained basis with qualified operators. Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, the customer is responsible for providing safe and adequate site access, adequate ground bearing capacity, clearance from power lines and overhead obstructions, and any permits, street closures, traffic control, or utility coordination required by the applicable jurisdiction.

We may suspend, delay, or refuse work when conditions are unsafe, including adverse weather, unstable ground, inadequate clearances, or misrepresented load data. Safety determinations rest with the operator and lift supervisor.

5. Governing Service Agreements

Actual crane, rigging, and transport services are governed by the signed written work order, rental agreement, or contract between Advanced Crane Inc and the customer, including its rate schedule, minimum hours, cancellation, insurance, and indemnity terms. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the services described in it.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on the applicable work order or invoice. Late balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by law. Cancellation, standby, and short-notice charges may apply as set out in your service agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the Advanced Crane Inc name and marks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party marks such as NCCCO, OSHA, ISNetworld, and ASME are the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to describe our certifications and compliance practices.

9. Communications Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Advanced Crane Inc regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
